Terms of use

Using TattooTalk

TattooTalk provides community discussions, educational reference material and answers generated by an artificial intelligence service. You must be 18 or older, keep your account secure, provide accurate information and use the website lawfully.

User and AI content

Questions, replies and other member contributions are supplied by their authors. AI answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. TattooTalk does not adopt, endorse or guarantee user content or AI content, even when it has been moderated, labelled or left visible. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to rely on it and for obtaining appropriate professional advice.

TattooTalk accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, decisions or outcomes caused by user-submitted content or AI-generated information where that loss was not caused by our breach of a legal duty. We do not promise that content will be accurate, complete, current, continuously available or fit for a particular purpose.

Health and professional limits

Tattoo Tony does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace an artist, clinician, lawyer or other qualified professional. Contact an appropriate healthcare professional about symptoms and use local emergency services for an emergency.

Your contributions

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. When you choose to publish content, you grant TattooTalk a non-exclusive worldwide licence to host, copy, format, moderate and display it for operating and promoting the community. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and for avoiding another person’s private information, unlawful material and disguised links.

Moderation and access

We may review, restrict, label, move or remove content and may suspend accounts to protect people, enforce these terms or comply with law. Moderation does not make us the author or guarantor of member content.

Liability that cannot be excluded

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including responsibility for our own fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where that rule applies. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain available. For questions about these terms, use the contact page.
