Information we collect
TattooTalk processes account and profile details, interests, private questions and AI responses, content you choose to publish, moderation and contact records, and professional verification information. Our hosting and security systems may record device, network and activity information.
How we use it
We use information to provide accounts and conversations, personalize recommendations, operate forums, prevent abuse, verify professional claims, respond to requests and comply with legal duties. We use only information reasonably needed for those purposes.
Artificial intelligence
When AI is enabled, your current question, a limited recent conversation context and relevant approved reference excerpts may be sent to our AI provider. Do not include identifying details or private health records. AI requests use provider settings intended to reduce retention, but no technical setting guarantees zero processing or retention.
Sharing
Questions begin privately. Earlier conversation turns stay private when you select one exchange for moderation and possible publication. Public posts may be read, copied and indexed by others. We do not sell private questions.
Retention and security
Private conversation records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Public posts remain until removed under moderation or an applicable request. Account, verification, security and legal records are retained only while reasonably required. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and may complain to a relevant regulator. We may verify identity proportionately and explain any lawful limitation. Submit requests through the contact page.
